“Some wounds don’t bleed. They echo.”

I didn’t know how deeply I was affected until long after the war ended.
At first, I thought I was just tired.
Then came the nightmares.
The sudden outbursts.
The arm swinging in my sleep.
The emotional shutdowns when things got overwhelming.

I thought it was just stress.
Then I realized it was PTSD.

I’ve worn uniforms, raised a family, taught in tough classrooms—but none of that prepared me for the invisible weight I carried inside. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with prostate cancer that it all came crashing down.

That’s when I knew I needed to heal—from the inside out.

đź’ˇ I started a wellness routine.
đź’ˇ I leaned on my faith.
💡 I used natural supports—movement, supplements, affirmations.
đź’ˇ And most importantly, I stopped suffering in silence.

Today, I host a Weekly Wellness Discovery Show to share what’s helped me navigate this journey. If you’re feeling triggered, exhausted, or just numb—please know that you’re not alone, and there is a path forward.

📍You can always find info and updates on my Facebook profile page.

Let’s talk about it. Let’s heal. Together.
Because the battle may not be over, but you don’t have to fight it alone.
